Since 1995, the company has been baking breakfast foods utilizing nutrient dense ingredients like Oats, Fruits, Nuts & Seeds as primary ingredients. Today, their Vegan “portable bowl of oatmeal” is more on trend than ever.
Erin Baker’s was rapidly growing and needed a robust tech solution to better manage their operations.
