Since 1995, the company has been baking breakfast foods utilizing nutrient dense ingredients like Oats, Fruits, Nuts & Seeds as primary ingredients. Today, their Vegan “portable bowl of oatmeal” is more on trend than ever.
Erin Baker’s was rapidly growing and needed a robust tech solution to better manage their operations. They had extensive needs that varied across the organization; managing their financials, manufacturing processes, credit card management, quality assurance, cost analysis and custom reporting to name a few.
The company decided to move over to Sage X3 with another vendor. Although it was the right move, they were “unable to utilize the system to its full potential”. A short while down the road, the company was at a crossroad, either covering the implementation and training gaps or switching out to another ERP.
