You may encounter the “No database connection” error while connecting to Sage X3: Cause: The Sage X3 related Services may have gone down or stopped running. Please check the all the Sage related Services if you have adequate access privileges, otherwise contact your X3 Administrator or IT department. Solution: In the Application Server, review the status of the following services: [Agent Sage Syracuse] [MongoDB Enterprise for Sage X3] [SQL Server] If any one of the services from above list is not running, you will need to restart them. When all the above services are running, try to log in to X3 again.
