Added Features
1) Ability to create multiple reports for the same month with different versions.
2) Ability to close the individual version reports of the same period.
3) Ability to create New versions from existing reports.
Release Details
This release allows multiple versions of B300 report for the same month. This will allow better control and tracking when multiple versions are required. A New Version field has been added, which allows users to create different versions of B300 report for the same period and year.
New Version
To create a new version for the same reporting period and year click on the New Version button.
It will allow users to create a new entry for the same site, period and year and will increment the version number to the next number of the highest version available for that site, period and year.
Version Close
This will allow users to close the report for the selected version of a period.
Month End Close
This functionality remains the same as earlier, like closing the report for a selected month including all the versions for that particular site, period and year.
Re-opening an existing closed report
This will re-open the last report version for the selected year and month.
